Today, the Oregon House passed HB3400, a bill that was the result of the statewide passage of Measure 91, 52-4.

by Rep. Bill Post

I did not support Measure 91. I am voted for this bill because it allows local jurisdictions to prohibit the sale of this drug. I’ve also seen the reports from federal agencies, and they say that Oregon has become the pipeline for illegal drugs flowing into other states all across the nation. I voted yes on HB3400 to start reining in the out of control medical marijuana program. While not perfect, HB 3400 is a step in the right direction for our state.
